The course consists of two modules. The first module "General Psychology" aims to introduce and analyze the basic knowledge on cognitive processes. Topics such as the mind and brain relationship, perception, attention, decision making and the methods that psychologists use to study mind and human behavior will be addressed. In the second module “Neuro-cognitive bases of learning”, considerable importance will be given to understanding the mechanisms and processes underlying learning, the factors that influence it (eg memory and emotions) and the analysis of the underlying neurobiological correlates learning.
