The tutoring service

The Degree Course offers, through the Interuniversity Center Edunova, a multilevel tutoring service belonging to the DM6 of 7 January 2019 according to the following model:

  • administrative tutoring (the online secretariat);
  • technological tutoring (technical helpdesk);
  • methodological (or system) tutoring;
  • disciplinary tutoring (a specific and qualified tutor for each teaching).

Online secretary

The On-Line Secretariat operates according to a multi-channel approach: telephone, web-conference and e-mail and through the educational platform (the Learning Management System) within a dedicated section where it will be possible to find all the reference administrative documentation.
The On-Line Secretariat is guaranteed by the technical / administrative staff of the Centro Edunova hired through a public tender and at least level C with many years of experience in the management of online training activities.
The Online Secretariat offers support for all administrative activities of the degree course. 
It is available synchronously (telephone, web-conference) from Monday to Friday, from 8.30 to 18.00, while it can be contacted a-synchronically according to an 7 / 24 service approach by e-mail or via the LMS platform adopted and usually replies within 24 working hours following the request.

Technological helpdesk

The technological Helpdesk service operates according to a multi-channel approach: telephone, web-conference and e-mail and through the educational platform (the Learning Management System) within a dedicated section.
The technological Helpdesk is guaranteed by technical staff belonging to the Centro Edunova hired through a public tender and at least level C with many years of experience in the management of online training activities.
The technological Helpdesk offers support for all the needs of support for the use of technologies and online environments used by the degree course. 
It is available synchronously (telephone, web-conference) from Monday to Friday, from 8.30 to 18.00, while it can be contacted a-synchronically according to an 7 / 24 service approach by e-mail or via the LMS platform adopted and usually replies within 24 working hours following the request.

Methodological tutoring

The methodological tutoring (or Instructional Design) is one of the cornerstones of the teaching activity and is active both towards students and towards teachers and disciplinary tutors.
Towards students continuously monitors students' progress, offers a consulting service for the study and use of teaching methods.
Towards teachers it offers a collaboration service for educational planning, especially in relation to the best use of online technologies and environments within the training process.
The methodological tutoring service is guaranteed by personnel belonging to the Centro Edunova, or by doctoral students or by research grant holders hired through public tenders and in possession of at least a Master's Degree (or equivalent) in the pedagogical-didactic areas or technological-communicative and in possession of the title of research doctor (or enrolled in a research doctorate course).

Disciplinary tutoring

The disciplinary tutor (one for each teaching) supports - does not replace - the teacher during the entire teaching training process. Assists the teacher in the preparation of teaching materials, takes care of the relationships and interactions with the students, proposes exercises and in-depth studies, stimulates collaborative learning and student participation, verifies the degree of achievement of the teaching objectives.
 
The disciplinary tutoring is guaranteed by personnel belonging to the Interuniversity Center of Edunova, or by doctoral students or by research fellows or by contract staff hired through a public tender and in possession of at least one Master's Degree (or equivalent) in the specific sector - or similar - of the reference teaching.
The selection procedure, in addition to the scientific qualifications, will also verify the possession of experience and ability to manage online teaching processes. 

Access to tutoring

All tutoring services are accessible both via the online platform and via telephone and video-conference contact guaranteed from Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 18.30.
Access to tutoring services via on-line platform (asynchronous support) can be accessed in 7 / 24 mode, with the time taken in charge and answered within the working day following the request.
The Tutoring follows the ANVUR guidelines and the DM6 of the 7 January 2019.
